This is in regards to my great experience with Global Services. From the moment my Fiancé and I signed up we were given options and private time to think of their offers. Initially when we signed up they worked with us from the beginning. This package was purchased due to the distance of my fiancé's children in Florida. We wanted to have the opportunity to visit them and by going through Global Service be felt it was our best chance to do this. On February 7th my beloved Fiancé passed away. It was sudden. I called customer service a month later to explain to them the situation. Initially I spoke with their front row of customer service...I explained the situation and he expressed deepest sympathy. He stated he would have upper management call me and within 7 minutes upper management called to make arrangements with me. They were so understanding. I explain how much harder it was going to be for me without him here raising two children and one on the way. The found every means to work with me with I was truly grateful! Without any pressure they stated I could come back at any time and to feel free to call them if I had any further questions. I am glad there are companies that have this type of understanding. Thank you to those who helped me and worked with me to make thing a little easier after the death of my Fiancé. Global Service has people in order to take on whatever comes their way and present it in the most efficient and empathetic way. Thank you, Michelle D
